Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, analysis, and evaluation of complex structural systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and drafters, fostering professional growth and ensuring design accuracy.
Conducted structural assessments, prepared detailed reports, and recommended solutions for retrofitting or repairing existing structures.
Innovate and optimize designs by leveraging advanced tools, materials (e.g., CFRP, HSC), and sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, focusing on quality and client satisfaction.
Stay current with advancements in structural engineering, materials science, and sustainability to integrate best practices into projects.
