We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage project budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress, ensuring adherence to specifications.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes.
Conduct quality control checks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.

Apply
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in construction management or project management.
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Procore, Primavera).
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Certification in PMP, CCM, or OSHA (preferred).
